Tennis and Soft Orthotherapy

Tennis is a beautiful, fast sport that not only strains the player but also the tendons, joints and - to a high degree - the spine.

Fast, modern turfs increase these strains. Which tennis player hasn’t experienced this “hangover” following a suspenseful match? With increasing age, the tendons and ligaments of your spinal column require more and more time to regenerate. You should - MUST - allow for this time.

An additional, regular check-up in my practice can help you to detect defective positions and disbalances in time and counter the resulting complaints at an early stage.

As a former enthusiastic tennis player, I would like you to enjoy this beautiful sport for a long time and especially without any resulting complaints.

This also applies to young, performance-oriented tennis players:
An examination in due time is always the better solution!
